The new workshop integrates casting, metalworking and mold workshops, and achieves the integration of production, finishing and storage, and provides Prepare a 3.5kv substation.

　　The new workshop will introduce a set of 40t / h full-automatic sand treatment production line, a 3T electric furnace and 8 cranes, among which the maximum load is 50t, and several 35t, 25t, 16t cranes, etc.; in addition, the new metalworking workshop will set up gantry planer, gantry milling machine, etc., which will enhance our company's processing capacity and supporting processing services for casting products.

　　After the completion of the new comprehensive workshop, it is mainly engaged in the production and processing of wind power castings, large machine tool gray iron and ductile iron castings. At present, the construction of 3.5kv substation has been completed, and the installation and commissioning of relevant machines and equipment have been completed. The capital construction of the integrated production workshop has been officially started. It will be put into operation around May 2010. It is estimated that the maximum casting weight can reach 35 tons by then, and the production capacity of Jiuhong company will increase from 25000 tons / year to 35000-40000 tons / year.
